User Terms
Effective date: 22 October 2026
These terms describe your use of Resonant Rift, its Music Packs and this website, provided by IteraPath Studio. Contact: developer@iterapath.com. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service.
Game and Music Pack content
The game may include built-in content, free Music Packs and separately purchased Music Packs. A Music Pack is a collection of music and playable charts; it may contain one or more songs. A purchased Music Pack is a non-consumable, one-time digital-content purchase, not a subscription or a consumable balance.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use content available to you within the game, subject to these terms, the applicable store rules and mandatory law. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the music, artwork, software or other intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly exploit or extract content for use outside the game unless separately permitted by the rights holder or applicable law.
Purchases, prices and refunds
Purchases take place through the app's Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow, not this website. Check the price, currency, taxes and purchase details shown by the store before confirming. The store's payment terms apply. We do not ask you to pay through an external website to unlock a Music Pack.
Refunds and purchase problems are handled through the relevant store and applicable consumer law. Nothing here excludes mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer rights, and these terms do not impose an absolute no-refund rule.
Restoring purchases and downloading again
Restoring purchases identifies valid purchases associated with your account on the same platform store. It is different from downloading the music files again: owning a Music Pack does not mean it is installed on the current device. Use the same store account and the game's supported restore/download controls when moving to another compatible device or reinstalling.
We do not promise that a purchase transfers automatically between Apple and Google stores or to a different store account. An ordinary delisting stops new discovery or sales and does not itself cancel an existing valid purchase or remove an already verified installation. Purchase validity, including a refund or revocation by the store, still applies.
Compatibility, connectivity and changes
A compatible device, sufficient storage and an internet connection are needed for activities such as obtaining or re-downloading content, purchase verification and restoration. Your network provider may charge for data. Installed play follows the game's supported behaviour; not every service is available offline. Keep your device's local data safe: uninstalling or clearing data may remove local settings, progress and downloaded files.
We may update the game or content to maintain compatibility, correct defects or meet applicable requirements. Availability for new purchases may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every future device. Any changes affecting purchased content remain subject to your applicable consumer rights.
Responsible use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with service security, impersonate another purchaser, bypass purchase verification or distribute unauthorised copies. The game's software, music, charts, artwork and branding are protected by their respective owners' rights. These terms do not prevent uses that applicable law expressly permits.
Platform terms and your legal rights
For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement continues to apply. These website terms supplement product information and do not replace that EULA or the applicable platform-store terms.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections. If you have a problem with the service, contact us so we can investigate. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date and communicated where required by law.
